Patricia Quiel is an independent birding guide based in the western highlands of Panama.
She began birdwatching around three years ago and quickly developed a strong passion for the incredible diversity of birds found in the country. Today she guides birdwatchers from around the world, helping visitors discover Panama’s unique ecosystems and remarkable birdlife.
Her guiding takes her across different habitats and regions of the country, where she enjoys connecting people with nature and promoting appreciation for birds and conservation.
